Ice cream red bean

Ingredients

  • 350 ml of liquid milk
  • 200 grams red beans
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 150 grams granulated sugar
  • 125 ml heavy cream
How to Make
  1. soak beans overnight, then boiled until soft, puree
  2. boil milk and red beans over low heat until milk boils and changes color remove, let cool, set aside
  3. mix the egg yolks and sugar, beat until white and thick, pour milk and red bean little by little while shaken, add heavy cream, beat again until well blended
  4. place in a covered container, store in freezer for 8 hours or 1 night until frozen, remove, reke with a spoon until ice cream is not frozen, beat again until smooth, put back into the freezer, repeat to obtain soft textured ice cream.
  5. serve immediately
