
- 350 ml of liquid milk
- 200 grams red beans
- 5 egg yolks
- 150 grams granulated sugar
- 125 ml heavy cream
How to Make
- soak beans overnight, then boiled until soft, puree
- boil milk and red beans over low heat until milk boils and changes color remove, let cool, set aside
