Ice cream melon

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of melon flesh, blender until smooth
  • 600 ml fresh liquid milk / fresh milk
  • 60 ml heavy cream / double cream
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon esence melon / citrus essence
  • 1/4 tablespoon fine salt
How to Make
  1. dissolved the cornstarch, sugar with fresh liquid milk, mix well, boil until thickened, stirring constantly until boiling, remove, let cool
  2. enter a melon that has been blended, thick cream, sweetened condensed milk, essence melon and salt , mix well
  3. insert the dough mixture into a bowl / basin enter in the freezer for one night, remove from the freezer, rake, rake with a spoon and a mixer until smooth put back in freezer, do 3 to 4 times the shuffle.
  4. presentation, prepare the serving glasses, spoon dredger ice cream with ice cream ( see picture ) to be more beautiful, flush with melon syrup and pieces of melon or citrus fruit as a supplement, serve immediately

Tip : to be stored longer lasting, replace fresh melon with melon syrup as much as 100 ml
