Ice cream green tea

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gelatine
  • 65 ml apple juice
  • 100 ml honey
  • 750 ml of fresh soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons macha ( green tea )
How to Make
  1. dissolve gelatine in apple juice. let stand for 10 minutes until dissolved stir
  2. boiled soybean milk and honey over low heat lift, then mixed with gelatin and green tea, stirring until dissolved chili
  3. store in freezer for 4 hours, remove and rake with a spoon, then puree with mixer , save it back in the freezer. do so up to 3 - 4 times or until smooth texture is obtained
  4. serve cold in the legs and decorative glass serving according to taste
  5. make 4 servings
