Ice cream Young Coconut

 Ingredients

  • 1/2 liter fresh milk
  • 100 ml coconut water
  • 1 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolve slightly in water 
  • 3 chicken eggs, take the yellow of course and then shaken
  • 200 grams young coconut meat
How to Make
  1. combine coconut milk and water then mix well
  2. cook over low heat while stirring continues until the heat
  3. enter the cornstarch liquid and then stirring constantly until boiling
  4. take a little dough then mixed with egg yolk
  5. enter back into the better. cook until boiling then remove and keep on stirring until the steam is lost
  6. add young coconut meat and cream and stir well
  7. after a rather cold, put in freezer until half frozen
  8. stir again until blended and then store in freezer until frozen
  9. serve in small glass cups
