Ingredients- 1/4 cup chocolate
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs yolks
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons maizena
- vanilla to taste
How to Make
- cook sugar, milk and vanilla to a boil
- combine with flour maizina, chocolate and water
- enter the egg yolks and milk little by little and then boiled again until boiling
- after boiling, remove and let stand until heat is reduced
- enter into the refrigerator
- if you have hard ice cream means you are ready to serve
