Capucino Mousse

Ingredients

  • 100 grams sugar
  • 125 cc of liquid milk
  • 125 cc which has been dissolved instant coffe
  • 150 grams milk cooking chocolate, melted
  • 200 cc whipping cream
  • 40 grams of white gelatine, dissolve is white hot water
  • 60 cc hot water, to dissolve the gelatin
  • 3 egg whites and yolks separated
How to Prepare
  1. beat the egg yolks and sugar in bowl until smooth. add fresh milk
  2. move to a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until boiling
  3. turn off heat, let stand briefly until the steam heat is lost.
  4. then add the instant, coffe, cooking chocolate, gelatin that has been diluted with hot water and whipping cream, stirring until well blended.
  5. beat the egg whites until stiff, then insert it into the milk mixture, coffee and chocolate, stirring slowly until all well blended
  6. pour into bowls or cups, chill until stiff and ready to serve
  7. garnish with shaved chocolate
