Wedang Tape

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of ginger, crushed
  • 100 grams fro
  • 50 grams of green glutinous tape
  • 250 grams of brown sugar, fine comb
  • 250 grams of thick coconut milk
  • 3 cm cinnamon
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 pieces of pandan leaf
  • 500 ml water
How to Make
  1. boil water, ginger, lemongrass, pandan leaves, brown sugar, cinnamon to boil. enter fro slices of jackfruit, sugar ( to taste ). cook until sugar dissolves. let cold. lift fro, thinly sliced lengthwise, set aside.
  2. heat until boiling
