Ingredients- 250 ml water
- 70 grams unsweetened cooking chocolate
- 100 grams sugar
- little salt
- 800 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- whipped cream for garnish
- cooking chocolate, melt in a way the team
Method
- combine water, chocolate,sugar and salt
- cook over medium heat until melted chocolate. enter the coffee and milk, boil until almost boiling, remove from heat.
- serve with whipped cream and melted chocolate.
